For people who have already signed up and have an account:

Step 1: Visit the AEP bill login portal, and fill in your user id and password to log in.

Step 2: go to the section of the bill, and you will be shown your outstanding amount, select the payment option and proceed to make payment.

For people who have not signed up:

Step 1: Visit the AEP bill pay portal, on the right you will find the “Pay as a Guest” section. There will be a link to make the payment, click it.

Step 2: you will be taken to a page where you need to provide the Electric account number, phone number, and email address to go ahead with the payment.
