MyGeisinger is an online platform developed for individuals to manage their health information and keep in touch with their doctor on a regular basis. Online health service is available in the United States. The online portal can, however, be accessed via any mobile or computer device connected to the internet.
Logging into your MyGeisinger account you can view your lab results, current medications, appointment details, immunization history, and much more just at your fingertips. Scroll down to find a complete guideline for the login procedure.
MyGeisinger Patient Portal Login
Step 1– Go to the login homepage [ geisinger.org/mygeisinger ] of MyGeisinger. Now locate the “Login” widget towards the top right of the webpage.
Step 2– Provide the User ID and Password in the white boxes and click on the red button tagged “Sign In”.

Forgot User ID
Step 1– Lost your User ID? Click on the “Forgot your User ID?” link found at the bottom of the space to enter the User ID. (For direct access to the user id reset page, click here Link).
Step 2– In the next step you will be required to provide the following details:
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Zip Code
Forgot Password
Step 1– Members who have lost their password must visit the login page and then click on the “Forgot your Password?” link located at the bottom of the space to enter the password. (Use this Link to directly access the password reset page).
Step 2– Provide the following information to identify yourself and reset the password:
- User ID
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
Mobile Applications
The mobile applications developed by MyGeisinger allows its members to access a wide range of healthcare services through their mobile device. Use the links provided below to download the application from the App Store or Google Play.
