Step 1– To log into your account you need to visit the login homepage. At the top left of the webpage, you will find the sign-in section.
Step 2– Provide your User Name and Password in the white boxes and click on the “Sign in” button below.
Forgot Username or Password

How to Register
Step 1– New customers of the Pottery Barn Credit Card need to register for online access. Visit the registration page and provide the following information:

Pay By Phone: The next easiest way to pay for your pottery barn credit card is to pay by phone. You can dial 1-866-234-2029, and follow the IVR to make the payment. A convenience fee of $15 may be levied on this payment.
Pay Via Mail: If you want to go the old way of sending payment checks via mail then you can send checks to Pottery Barn Credit Card, P.O. Box 659705, San Antonio, TX 78265-9705. Please mention your credit account number or card number so that the payment is processed correctly.
